Our dancers have been featured on SABC television, interviewed on radio and have performed at the International Oriental Dance Festival in Cape Town for the past 5 years alongside some of the best dancers in the world!  Now we're in Durban North.

Classes for ladies who want to join our friendly group of divas in having some fabulous fun are held every Tuesday from 6.30 to 7.30pm.  Learn the sensous art of belly dance, get fit and have fun at the same time - a perfect combination.  No previous dance exprience needed.

Gwenyth is the owner of The Belly Button Dance Studio and is the principal teacher, choreographer and show director. "I teach 7 classes a week and in between, find time to source new music and develop new choreographies, in between that, I consult with our costume designer about new and exciting outfits!  When I'm not dancing, I'm thinking about dancing or talking about dancing! 

Nadia Hoffman is responsible for The Tribal Roses group.  She teaches the group and develops their routines and choreographies.  Tribal Fusion is a fairly recent innovation in the sphere of belly dancing.

Erica van Rensburg can always be relied on to do something different in our annual Showcase performances.  Known as 'Cleopatra and her Handmaidens', the goup gets together once a week to create exciting routines.  This is in addition to the usual class sessions.

Together with other performers, we offer an exciting and fun element to any corporate or private function.

On-line shopping is so easy, and I'm nearly always available to answer queries if you're not certain whether an outfit will fit. Just call me on my cell phone. Then simply browse through our website, select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart. Shipping costs are calculated on your total order. Once shipped, delivery is usually overnight.

Your order gets emailed to me and once payment is confimed, I send the item to you by Speedpost and email you the tracking number. Payment is by direct bank deposit - no on-line security risk.
